The hotel is in a great area and staff are friendly. However, the condition is not that great. For the price it is good but we had some flooding issues in the bathroom and our mini fridge did not work.

It is a boutique hotel very well located, it is noisy outside, the staff is very nice, and they lack of amenities as it is a boutique hotel, do not expect a 5 star hotel. It was very convenient to stay there as it has access to the best attractions in Istanbul and it is close to public transportation.

Loved it!! I had my concerns seeing this was a new hotel with not many reviews, but am extremely happy with my decision to stay here. Staff goes out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. The location is great as well, walking distance from everything you could need including the metro. Highly Recommend!!

Odalar aynı fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, beklentimizi tam olarak karşıladı. Temizlik açısından da her yer kesinlikle tertemizdi. Das Hotel hat per se eine super Lage. Man kann von hier aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen...leider liegt direkt nebenan ein Club. Unter der Woche ist das kein Problem, aber Fr/Sa und Sa/So ist es nachts wieklich sehr laut. Abseits dessen würde ich das Hotel empfehlen, das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück war toll

Unhappy stay

The rooms showed while booking were completely different from the one that was assigned to us upon check-in. Though we booked a family room, including a 10-year old child, we have been directed to a tiny room lacking the minimum privacy (the bathroom had a glass door and did not fit for a family. No bed was provided for our daughter and even provided, the room was small and offered a feeling of a confined space. An other issue worth mentioning is hygiene. For a whole family, one roll of bathroom paper was provided throughout our stay (2 nights / 3 days). The carpet was not clean. Part of the service was breakfast. It was another fiasco on both quality and quantity. Everything is about money.

Temiz, Nazik ve Mükemmel Konum

Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü için Pera Rasso Hotel’i tercih ettim. Odaya girdiğimizde minik bir kutlama masasıyla karşılaştık :) Konumu çok güzel bir yerde, ulaşım ve yemek konusunda bir sürü seçeneğin olduğu İstiklal Caddesine yalnızca 1 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hotel çok temizdi, öncelikli olarak tercih etmemin sebebi buydu. Hotel çalışanları ve Berfin Hanım çok nazik, yardımsever insanlar. Döneceğimiz gün havanın yağmurlu olmasından dolayı bavullarımızı emanete bırakmak istedik ve fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. Genç kadın bir girişimci olarak Berfin Hanım’a bu seyahatim için çok teşekkür ediyorum, bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatlerimizde kesinlikle tekrardan görüşeceğiz.

We had a very good stay at the pera rasso hotel which has very nice rooms with a very nice design, everything was very clean on our arrival, a small fridge is available in the room as well as several storage places, a beautiful and spacious bathroom. You have the opportunity to have an excellent traditional Turkish breakfast at the hotel. Thanks to the super welcoming staff who was always available and invested throughout our stay The hotel is very very well located close to all metro tram grocery store restaurant store main street of taksim A big thank you to Benim who was so great, always available and so much caring. You can book with your eyes closed We will come back for sure after this great experience we felt at home more than a hotel a family place Thanks for all
