Location was good. Management was terrible. They did not honor the reservation done at Expedia because they claimed price was too low. They wanted me to cancel my booking thru Expedia and make a new booking at the reception. They said my booking rates were too low and Expedia deducts commission from them.

Horrible experience, very sneaky receptionist trying to ask me to pay again for the room in cash on the top that I already paid from the Expedia. No shuttle to/from the airport(( I had to pay for the taxi 45$ total . The lady at the reception (blond, short hair) is Scamming customers . Asking to give her cash for taxi and she would forward it to taxi driver .. so she adds more in the price to keep it in her pocket . Please be aware. Order the taxi downstairs or from the app, way more cheaper.

Otelde 3 gün kaldık ama maalesef umduğumuz gibi değildi temizlik düzen açısından çok kötüydü eşyalar eski ve konforsuzdu banyolar havasız ve rutubetliydi çarşaflar ve yastıklar lekeliydi hiç hikyenik değildi oteldeki tek iyi şey klima ve wifi olması ama rahatsız bir ortamda bunların da anlamı kalmıyor hiç memnun kalamadık
