I waited 30 minutes to get in to my room, staff made me wait. When I arrived at my room around 12:25 pm, the cleaner was still cleaning. She was unprofessional, loud. Cleaning setup seemed unprofessional. I asked her to leave room. Room was cold, the rooms have high ceiling.

A fuir, ne vous faites pas avoir par les petits prix qu’il propose ,car une fois l’enregistrement fait et avoir payé sur hôtel.com, on est venu me réveiller à 8h du matin, le fils du gérant me demande de repayer 50 € en plus des 36 € (affichés sur le site avec petit-déj’en réalité, qui n’existe pas), en pré testant, que je n’avais pas payé le bon tarif, comme j’ai refusé, il m’a bloqué à l’accueil de L’hôtel à l’intérieur avec ma valise pendant plus d’une heure, avec la barrière de la langue car il ne voulait pas communiquer avec moi en anglais,(pour moi, c’était un pakistanais qui sont majoritaires dans les commerce, pour tourisme et bien sûr, il parle tous anglais, et d’ailleurs à mon arrivée, la veille, son père m’a reçu en anglais,) ni avec le traducteur Google refusant que je parte en me menaçant d’appeler la police. Étant parfaitement dans mon endroit, je lui ai répondu que c’est moi qui aller appelé la police, ce que j’ai fait devant lui, me voyons en train de parler avec les services de l’ordre, en haut-parleur, il a complètement changé d’attitude est revenu vers moi pour me dire qu’il est désolé que le système avait un problème que tout était en ordre que je pouvais partir. Ce que j’en déduit, c’est qu’il nous propose des petits prix pour nous appâter une fois à l’intérieur, vous ressortez en ayant payé le prix le plus fort! prenez garde ils auront toutes les excuses du monde pour vous faire payer même à vos menacés, pour eux, nous sommes que des pigeons voyageurs.

Dès mon arrivée, on m'a proposé un surclassement a condition de bien les noter sur le site! Étonnant. J'ai pris le surclassement prenium, et là désillusion, salle de bain pleine de moisissures, chambre pas faîte en nettoyant, meuble cassé, pas de.papier toilette, matelas avec des tâches d'urine, tâches au plafond, fil électrique apparent.... Jia du désinfecter la.salle de bain moi même a la javel.... J'ai toutes les photos si vous avez besoin à disposition. Je veux être dédommagé et retirez cet hôtel de votre liste....il vous fait du tort. Le personnel est gentil, mais la.patronne est horrible, voir agressive ! Encore une fois j'ai les photos et témoignages si nécessaire de monn séjour horrible dans cet hôtel insalubre. Merci de me dédommager du préjudice Hugues Adam
