Terrible place – nothing like the pictures! This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading – the reality is nowhere near what was shown. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and the furniture was old, filthy, and also had a bad odor. Everything felt neglected and unhygienic. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. They didn’t seem to care at all about the guests or any issues we brought up. Overall, the entire stay was awful and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – avoid it at all costs!

New hotel with spacious rooms and awesome staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely recommend this place. Just note that the area shuts down by 10 and few to no places remain open afterwards at all. All great aside from that.

I had a fantastic view of the Blue Mosque and Bosporus from my window. The value of the overall situation makes me glad that I overlooked prior negative reviews of the property. You have to go with the flow especially if the price is right. So I was not bothered by the broken toilet handle when I could walk to all the Old City sights in less tha 10 minutes.

You get what you pay for

The view was great! We had a view of a mosque and the ocean in the distance so that was nice! However, the room did not seem like it was cleaned. The sheets had stains all over them, the comforter they gave us was tiny, and we weren’t given any sheets other than one laying on top of the mattress. The toilet paper also had some small bugs on it so we did not feel comfortable using it.

We ask for extra 2 pillow but our 14 nights stay did nit provide. Bathroon not good dirty. In breakfast ask for omelet they do 2 days & then stop. 2 young stuff in reception always on mobile phone, not giving attention to work.
