Excellently located with easy transport options walkable from the hotel. A little noisy at night but they helpfully provide you with ear plugs. Staff fantastic, polite and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Mehmet at breakfast - a lovely chap. Great room, clean and comfortable.

We loved staying witth you!! the only downside was that we didn't have anyone come in to make our beds or give us fresh towels the day before we checked out. In other words, no one attended to our room before the day we checked out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!! The breakfast was over the top! The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable1. It was a larger room than most Euopean hotel rooms. The cosignere's were amazing!!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Neorion hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff was incredible, really welcoming and helpful. They helped us with bags, recommended cafes nearby, allowed us to check in a little earlier as our plane arrived early and there was an available room. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and everything you might need was avail. Thank you!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience outstanding—special thanks to Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret. Their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made me feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was the breakfast—it could use some improvement in variety and quality. With a little more attention there, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, highly recommended for the amazing staff and comfortable stay!

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than five times, and the main reason we continue to return is the outstanding service from the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every team member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the breakfast selection. While it’s appreciated, the variety and quality could be enhanced to match the overall standard of the hotel. Despite this, the incredible service truly sets this place apart. We always feel at home here, and that’s entirely thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff ( Matt and all the others) were excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely, complimentary coffee was offered whenever we wanted it during the morning. Rooms were clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay with robes and slippers and Turkish delight everyday ! Lovely thought. Pools And sauna area very nice and we could shower there before we left . Taxis arranged by hotel to airport and yes slightly more expensive but they pulled out all the stops to get us there on time despite awful traffic. Location of hotel. Excellent for local attractions. Roof top terrace had amazing views,yet more fantastic staff and the best cocktails! Advice given by staff was exactly right ! Cant recommend enough. Would definitely return.
