This was not the Hilton. It’s not a luxury hotel. What it is. Is all you need. A nice big bed. Clean room. TV. Heat/air working bathroom. Safe. Friendly staff. I mean friendly. They are helpful and kind. The walls are solid. The allows for a good nights sleep. Not far from the bus stop. The market and restaurants. About an 8 min walk. Clean, safe and quiet area. So if you want high end. It’s not for you. If you want great customer service and a clean safe place to rest. This place is perfect.

Very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room we were given was in terrible condition, very dirty, strong presence of mold, poor sound insulation, and a lot of noise. The bathroom was barely functional, and no services were offered by the hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Check in was very smooth with Omar, the hotel is very clean, nicely renewed, the area is very poor, room is too small for 4 people, we couldn’t find a place to put our luggage, bathroom sink is very tiny. I will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Heat/Ac did not work, nor did they ever come to fix it, the refrigerator was never cold and then completley stopped working, the shower nozzle sprays water and when you shower, the drains backed up!!
