The staff were very kind to us, the room was spotless, and the staff even cleaned it for us without as asking, that helped us a lot. The breakfast was delicious too. Would come here again.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. There is not much to do in this area. The transportation options were limited to get to Istanbul. Very far from the city center.

We booked transport from the airport to the hotel, after waiting a long time at the airport, we were told they didn’t have a driver and for us to get a taxi. We get to the hotel, staff English wasn’t good, room was a bit small for 2 adults and a teenager, hotel has family rooms but ours was not one of those rooms. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in the time we were there, only towels were changed once. When we checked in, we were hungry, we asked for somewhere to eat but we were told everywhere was closed and we were offered pizza, hotel has kitchen that closes late and we got there 20:15 local time. We didn’t accept the hotel choice as none of the pizzas looked good. We left our suitcase in the room and went to search for somewhere to eat, found a nice restaurant about 5 minutes down the road from the hotel and food was nice and not expensive. Breakfast was every day same thing, no choice and staff didn’t smile, it looked like we were doing them a favour. Don’t recommend this hotel for long stays. When we arrived tv was not working, we called reception and someone came, he said we would have no tv until next day, next day we only had 4 channels, none in English, after many complaints, they changed the tv, which allowed us to have more channels, one in English, but Netflix didn’t work on television nor did YouTube.

Small dark room with angled ceiling, have to be very careful to not hit head. Lumpy pillow, stains in pillowcase. Cold air drift from window over headboard. Noise from road, next room & hallway at night. I AM elevator did’t work &walk from 4 floor with luggage with censored light turning on& off was awful. Poor experience!
