The front desk staff were amazing all the three of them were supper friendly and helpful, they go out of there way to help, I would like to thank all of them, the property is old specially the bathroom of the room we stayed in . the breakfast was good with some variety compared to the price .

The location and price can't be beat - only 2 blocks from the Camberlitas tram and the Grand Bazaar. It is set on a side street so is quiet. I never heard anything drom outside me room. The bathroom shower could stand some attending with the wire rack being very rusty and there being some black mold. Also, the light in the bathroom was horrible for applying makeup. These were small prices to pay though for a cheap, charming, and perfectly located hotel with 24 hour desk.

It was amazing. The personnel and service was excellent, polite and very positive and responsive. The breakfast was very nice too, much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel considering the price and quality ratio, this hotel is the best choice.

Bad room condition, excellent location

Location is very good, breakfast is excellent. However, i had a triple room booked and stayed for 3 nights (4 days). As soon as i checked in water tap in bathroom wasn't working which i reported to reception and they keep saying I'll be fixed. It was fixed on the 3rd night. Toilet door did not lock, and the shower door was only half, i reported it to the reception, he kept saying we will give you another room But wasn't the case, very disappointing.

Great service, Disappoint in payment process

I paid the room via hotels.com, but the hotel insisted that the process is to pay at the hotel. So I paid by creditcard in Euro currency. After I rechecked, the website presented that I have paid for the room since booking was done. In the end, they returned the money in TL which promised to return in EURO. Which it worth less!! Other services were great but disappointing with the payment process.

I enjoy Istanbul and this hotel made it special

When I travel I am looking for a local experience. The Leyenda room I felt was a very comfortable size. The hotel service people went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. The first night I was there they asked if I would like some tea, I asked the price they said don't think of this as a hotel, think of it as your home (no charge). The 4th floor is where they serve breakfast but you have access 24/7 to enjoy the view or play games with friends. There were two small markets on the way to the hotel where I could get snacks and food to feed the local cats and dogs. There are lots of people feeding them but I enjoy doing it too. It is 1 short block from tram, making it very easy for me to get around. The ladies that cleaned my room would not take a tip unless I left a note that said it was for them (do I need to say nothing ever came up missing). I would definitely recommend.

C’est loin d’être le grand luxe. Bien juste pour dormir et sortir. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques pas du tramway. Personnel au top et petit dej inclus qui remonte la note.
