Amazing clean hotel! Big thanks to Hussain who was very helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Would definitely return as couldn’t fault anything. Hotel is walking distance from main attractions and have everything close by walking distance.

Small but tidy

The rooms are very small, but tidy. Be warned, you can’t control the temperature of any of the rooms at the hotel from the rooms. Heating and air con is set centrally from reception so be prepared to either freeze or bake depending on the time of year you visit and your own preference on temperature. The neighbourhood the hotel is in is really nice and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop or a 10 minute walk into Sultanahmet and the centre of the old town.

This was our second stay at Hotel Mina and it was as pleasant as our first. The staff are so incredibly kind and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to all the local attractions and there are lots of places to eat close by. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely visit again.

The staff were amazing. They were quick to resolve any issues. They were also trust worthy. I accidentally left money in the room and came back much hours later to find the money still there. I also left my luggage with them as I had a late flight. They helped me book taxi and cruises.

Had to call front desk every couple of hours to turn on air conditioning. WiFi was not working. Tv remote did not work. Front desk person rudely told me I look like an ugly celebrity when I checked in (we are both black so we all look alike?). Spoiler: I look Spanish and she is a dark-skinned woman. Hotel is convenient to all the major sites and transportation though.

Noise night working - directly outside of hotel

Booked a 3 night stay here. Hotel location very good central for tourist attractions. Rooms on the small side, clean and bed comfy and bathroom facilities good. Work is currently being carried out on the street directly in front of the hotel - during the night!! Something out of the control of the hotel but we were unable to sleep for the noise - really bad. We moved rooms to sleep on our third night stay, we should have been offered this option also on night 2, we complained to the night shift person on reception, but were left to try to sleep in our room which was impossible. This spoilt our stay.
