We booked a suite, but upon arrival we were given a small standard room instead. The staff told us this was temporary and that we would be moved to the suite the next day. However, despite this assurance, we were kept in the same small room and the suite was never provided as promised. This was disappointing, especially after paying for and specifically booking a suite. If there are availability issues, this should be communicated clearly in advance, and guests should not be charged or misled about room types. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to this issue.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich gut und zentral. Leider entsprach das Zimmer jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Für zwei Personen war es sehr klein, und es gab nur ein Fenster, das direkt in den Gang zeigte – dadurch fehlte es an Privatsphäre und Tageslicht. Ein Zimmerwechsel wäre nur gegen Aufpreis möglich gewesen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Haare wurden offensichtlich nicht entfernt, und insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt. Zusätzlich gab es Probleme beim Duschen, da es sehr lange dauerte, bis warmes Wasser verfügbar war. Zudem war die Geräuschdämmung sehr schlecht. Man konnte praktisch alles aus dem Zimmer nebenan hören, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt daher leider nicht zufriedenstellend
