One night in Istanbul

A flying visit of 20hrs in the city so I chose this hotel for location near some of the tourist attractions. Arrived late but check in was quick. Was up early and skipped breakfast to go for a run. Came back to find the lock on my room had stopped working. Changed key twice but eventually maintenance had to come. Otherwise a decent stay, if a little lacking in space in the room.

The hotel could do with a litle modernisation and facilities could be improved upon but it was still very decent. Staff were courteous and friendly and it is a clean place. Good value for money. It is quiet and close to lots of resturants, 10 min walk to main attarctions such as Topkapi palace , Hagia Sophia and blue mosque. A minutes walk to Ghulane park. Enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. Building work being done opposite however only during the day. Breakfast was included and although basic it was still decent and good enough.

Don't stay in this hotel!

Don't book this hotel!Pay attention,the pictures with the rooms are fake.I choose to stay there because I liked the photo with rooms showed on your site .In reality they gave me a room completly different with a horible smell with no sitting area and dinning area as presented in tne photo with very olt towels with strange smell.They cheat people !Horrible brekfast! DON'T book this hotel,there are plenty of nice hotels around that are not cheating people with fake pictures!

We stayed a week there.Everything was perfect from cleaning to spa. One downside from kids they were not English style breakfast on the menu.Walking Distance to metro,tram stations.You can walk to blue mosque in 7-8 minutes while looking on shops.

The breakfast is very poor. Very bad quality of food and not to mention the 2 only juices they have. Tasted totally terrible. They didn't have umbrellas for our use, the room size was very small compared to what seems to be on the pictures, the pillow were very unconfortablen and the location and surrounding could be better. I booked for the room with spa but my room was canceled. Fortunately they gave a bigger room but with no spa free access. Breakfast fast is good. I have visited spa outside, so don't know about their spa. They arranged covid test for me inside hotel for 200 TRY. They provided transportation to airport Istanbul IST for 500 TRY.

+ The location is near lots of shops, restuarants and tram station. + Service and workers are very friendly and helpful. + Room was wheelchair accissible - The location is not accissible, its very difficult for cars to reach so you will not have a taxi by hotel door, you always need to walk at least 300 m to reach an area where taxi can be. - The building is old and rooms decore is old. - I believe the room price per night is very high compared to the overall experience, same price can be paid for better hotels.

Bad stay - kids were uncomfortable - not recommend

In my 20 years I have stayed in many hotels and this has been the terrible one. The location of the hotel is excellent but difficult to find the hotel if you are in car or taxi as google map keeps you circling around the hotel. No place to park the park. There were only 02 staffs handling the hotel management one at the reception and the other multi tasking. Once you enter the hotel day or evening the lights are never on as if it is going to close any moment. I wasn't given the room i booked and was given some another type of room. Upon request to change the room i was told the hotel is full and you have one of the best rooms. Now comes the best part. I stayed in the hotel for 02 nights, in the best room there wasn't any blankets and we were 4 guests. TV, telephone both were not working. so i had to go down to call them. the next day TV was fixed but unfortunately realised that the remote control have no battery and cover. the room walls were dirty with coffee stins. the small table was faded as if it was never cleaned in its life. the room card key never worked in 2 days as door lock was not working so everytime i go out and come back i had to ask one of their staffs to accompany me. breask fast was terrible. as per hotel.com no spa credit or welcome drinks or morning coffee with pastries or water ever offered. the toilet was very small and not clean. i would never rate this hotel as 4star instead should be no star or one star hotel. its a cheat on the website.

the condition of the table.during this covid no one would like to even keep a trash on this table. and this was supposed to be the best room.
first day tv didnt work and technician had to fix it but no battery in the remote. even upon telling the staff do not enter the room in our absence it did happen.
the walls arent clean and had many stains. No blankets in the room and no tea coffee packs. i have more pics of the toilet but i dont want to post it.
