Istandul Stay

A little confusion about check-in time in the beginning, but the hotel very kindly sorted that out. The apartment was clean. We could leave the key at reception for the room to be cleaned during our stay also. Air conditioning was very good. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. Arranged airport transfer at a very reasonable price also. Thankyou very much.

Nonostante le incomprensioni, perché per errore (era scritto in turco) abbiamo preso la camera nel seminterrato (bodrum kat, quindi attenzione quando prenotate a NON prenderla), il proprietario si e’ dimostrato comprensivo e disponibile a trovare una soluzione alternativa (la camera nel seminterrato era improponibile!) quindi il giudizio è’ positivo
