The Hotel sent text to me that they provided transportation from Airport to the hotel. I thought it was free, but after I arrived at the hotel, they charged me €35 one way. That was unfair since the room rate was US$35 only.

Polite and attentive reception staff, clean room. Easy to get to this hotel by just one bus from the airport and super easy to get a cab back. Good internet. Option to order food from them or walk 2-5 min to a cluster of restaurants to choose from. My stay was good overall

This hotel was a cute one, where I was able to get the top floor view, which was absolutely stunning at sunset. The hotel workers were nice and was there to help me with my heavy luggages. The only thing I had to worry was a sewer smell coming from the next building that was going under construction. Overall, I had a nice time at Bera Airport Hotel. Thank you!

The room we booked was not available. They gave us two rooms instead. Bathroom in one of the rooms was not cleaned. Towels were on the floor. The person at the frontdesk was unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel as it is. However, the hotel is new, have good potential. They need to learn how to run the place professionaĺy

Superb communications and services

Excellent communication from the staff before the stay. Although we arrived at 1am, the check in was smooth. Affordable laundry by weight is a priceless extra service. Newly remodeled facilities.

Hôtel très pratique si l’on doit prendre un vol tôt le matin. Les chambres sont bien équipées et luxueusement décorées. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport est pratique.
