Beautiful location, great room, lovely staff, fabulous mullled wine and restaurant and included cooked to order breakfast. Free parking. Only downside is dragging your luggage upstairs and the paper thin walls.

Excellent decision to stay at the Bracken Hide! Super comfy rooms, the softest beds in Scotland. Quiet. Staff was beyond lovely. The bar is well stocked. And the welcome gift made me feel wanted! I appreciated them, and will be staying there again!

I stayed here in December for a week and a half while in town on business. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Noisy location right near the plaza made worse by a food truck that pulled up at midnight. Room was small but fine except for the noisiness. Breakfast was ok. Hotel itself was beautifully presented. If it werent for the noisy people in the plaza the spot is perfect.
