Discover the unparalleled charm of this ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT residence featuring an in-ground private saltwater pool and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Breach Inlet. The evening sunset provides the perfect backdrop for dolphin watching from the comfort of expansive decks and balconies.
This Isle of Palms retreat is adorned with beautiful pine hardwood flooring throughout all bedrooms and living spaces. With a total sleeping capacity of twelve between the main house and guest quarters, enjoy ocean or waterway views from four of the five bedrooms.
The main house comprises four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. The second-level placement of the main kitchen and great room, following a reverse floor plan, provides ample open space for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove. The first level of the main house offers a bonus den complete with a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the main house, connected by an elevated uncovered deck, is a separate guest house over the garage with one bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette.
2026 House Updates and Positive Summer news: Fresh decorative pool tile and Newly painted pool deck! The 2025 Federal beach renourishment project has been completed. The public access at Breach Inlet, next to the house, is available for guest use/free of machinery. The City of Isle of Palms Beach Renourishment Plan for the South part of the island, along Breach Inlet, is not expected to begin until September of 2026.

Way too expensive for location and condition of property. Tiles were falling off the side of the pool, porch swing broke and outside was dirty including windows/doors. Also, there was beach construction with large machinery in front of house and on the side. We won't stay here again.
Location is great! Just 30 mins from airport and Downtown Charleston. Just minutes from Grocery and restaurants in Isle of Palm. Last house on the beach so if you don't mind a little noise from the bridge when you are outside (and there isn't too much) then this is a great place. There was some construction underway for beach restoration but that was just bad timing for out trip. We would have liked someone to meet us at the property upon checkin but had good and fast communication whenever we reached out. The bed swing on the top floor wrap around was a family favorite!!

This was our fourth year staying on IOP for 3 weeks But this by far was the best place we have stayed ! Loved the house location was great the guest house was perfect so cozy & cute the two very large balconies with the bed swing were a great place to sit and watch the dolphins every day Would love to rent the house next summer for 3 weeks again There were 18 of us that enjoyed the house some coming and some going during the 3 weeks had great weather the whole 3 weeks I became very ill during our stay ended up spending 3 days at East Cooper hospital had great care The house was very clean kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need When we had a problem with the elevator help arrived within minutes had no complaints at all. GREAT PLACE TO STAY Being across from the Boat House was also a plus Watching all the dogs playing on the beach in front of the house early each morning from thr balconies was also very enjoyable I was afraid being so close to the bridge would bother us but it didn’t
