"A lovely resort. We were only there for two nights so we stayed in the hotel. The property is lovely to wander around and we took advantage of the outdoor patios. Each floor had a washing machine and dryer, also equipped with an ice maker and sink. It was unclear at the time if we had to pay for ..."

"Such a beautiful little cottage. Although it's behind a house in their back garden you have your privacy. We were so happy there in among nature. I highly recommend this cottage it's like a wee sanctuary. Met the owner for the key and she was lovely. Great price, I'm definitely going back."

"What a fantastic place to homebase on Arran. This was early in our trip and it really set the stage. Brian was such a great breakfast host, always brining a cheery start to our days. The Glenburn Hotel
"We were there to see friends and to celebrate my husbands 80th Birthday. I got a call from a friend on Sunday afternoon, saying she had phoned the hotel on the Monday before and asked them to put a bottle of wine in our room for his Birthday. She also left note saying who it was from and to wish him happy birthday. They said they would call her back, which they didn't. We got back to our room late afternoon and the wine was there with no note. Fortunately she had phoned to tell me, otherwise we wouldn't have known who it was from. It was a bit disappointing from the hotel point of view."
