Staff were very friendly, shuttle service offered by resort was really helpful The room we had was dated , clean but in need of upgrade as was the pool area which had patches of the pool underfoot missing which could result in someone cutting their feet . Also removed a broken glass from the pool which could have also resulted in a serious injury to someone swimming

It was nicely landscaped. There was a box of publix friend chicken sitting in parking lot for 3 days. No one picked it up and eventually bones were all over the place. My room had bur holes in sofa and ashes on it and all my clothes smelled like cigarettes. The price reflected on here said 600 for 2 nights. At the end, it was well over $800. For that price, there should be clean and in excellent shape. Finish is chipped off tubs. Both bathrooms. . The curtain hem on one side was completely ripped. And doors were slamming. And strong smell of weed downstairs.

This is a great property for the money. The facilities are excellent. My only suggestion would be to decorate with better landscaping and the rooms could be better decorated, shower pressure of the shower is average. But overall for the price, this is one of the better deals in the area.

We rent a week and they do the room service change the towels one day ,broken windiows have to fix by myself ,terrible experience,we even talk to a manger that we are old costumers they dont even care .
We have to find a solution to cover the window because we ask the managers and the only solution they give us to change to another room with ugly view ,we been customers for years never see the place the personal careless about the old costumer .

The problem we had was with the air conditioning, which wasn't working. We spoke with the receptionist, but they never sent a technician to fix it. The room was 312 on two floors. On the second floor, everything was fine, but the first floor didn't go below 77 degrees.

Bathroom was dirty and tub drain wouldn't drain. Shower curtain filthy and room door was an inch off the floor. After my first shower and standing in over ankle deep water, I went to the front desk to ask for help. Nobody showed up till about 10pm with a bottle of draino. I left after only one night. They will not give me any kind of credit for the day I stayed. Poorly managed property. I would not recommend at all.

The property was great but honestly the rooms need to get some things fixed. Remember my review is based on the money we paid for the room and i believe that a room that costs over $275 a night shouldn't have blinds broken and lights that are not working and phones that do not work to communicate with front desk, Also had some rain leak thru the window. This are minor stuff that can or probably will be fixed by the time you stay. Other than that I love the property and location.

We loved our stay here but unfortunately didn't get to enjoy sitting in the balcony much due to guests next door smoking but other than that we loved it !

We will be back

With the exception of the loud pool area music, it was a peaceful place to be. The staff was awesome and it was generally clean and well kept - except for the floors in our room which needed serious mopping. That being said, the music volume was lowered when we asked and the floors can be cleaned (we might bring our sniffer next time!). Sean and Sonja were great and very professional. The rest of the staff was always polite and friendly.
