A special mention to the manager of Saltida who went out of their way to make sure that the vegetarians in our party were fed well and the concierge desk for being very helpful with our last-minute attempts to use the Business Office and spaces."

"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded. The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks. The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July. After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax."

"Loved the washer dryer in the room. Great modern hotel with apartment feel. Good location set a little out of town but not too far, onsite car rental was simple and very helpful along with the lime scooters on site. Worth a look if your planning a trip to Ishigaki"
