"The room was nothing like the pictures,I booked a presidential suite, but it was nothing presidential about it. I thought I might had looked at pictures at another hotel and got confused, but I went back to the hotel website and the room they showed online was definitely not what I received. It had an awful smell coming from the closet also. Which was strange. When I asked for more towels to be brought up, they told me I had to bring my old towels down to be able to get new ones. My daughter and I wanted to take our showers and we turned on the shower and the water never got hot. We definitely won’t be booking here again. With all of that, I can say the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable."

"Staff was very non responsive, outside upkeep was non existent Security on doors was non functional, rooms were clean but very worn. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the last 5 years. If this is the direction of LA Quinta hotels then I will not be staying in them."

"The front desk attendant acted as if our checking in was a huge inconvenience, never a smile or welcome in. I respect this is an older property, but nasty carpets could be cleaned. The room over all I would say was clean, we kept our shoes on, but in very poor repair….rusted lamp, bathroom appeared two different colors of paint and the couch about 50 years old. I could not have been more mislead by prior reviews. The other factor was an additional 100.00 charge for any room damage…to be returned if not needed. But in a trashed room???"
