At first look, it's an absolutely stunning, clean, cozy place to stay. There were a few things though that were annoying. Firstly when you get your check in email it only shows you a picture of the inside of the location, which is super unhelpful when you're trying to find the place in a lot of 8 other cottages. When I called, the representative said they have like 2000+ properties, so as nice as he was, he was unhelpful in with assisting me in finding the place. To the buildings defense, there was a big van blocking what would have been our view of the entrance. After some (what felt like trespassing) searching, we were able to find the door.
I understand that this is a basement suite and that means bugs will get in, so it wasn't surprising to see so many rollie pollies. However, bugs had clearly been smashed by the rolling blinds so when we closed the blinds at night, the white vinyl was just plastered with squished bugs. Pretty gross on the property to just never clean that.
We also ran out of toilet paper and the host never responded to me when I asked for more. We only received two roles of toilet paper to last two adults four nights. I messaged the host on Expedia on Friday, we checked out on Tuesday and never got a response.
I don't really know if I'll go back, it was a lovely apartment, but there were some annoyances
