Very nice, clean, and spacious room. Great view and in close proximity to the train and bus stations. Shopping and restaurants are literally just outside it's doors. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. AND they give you free bus passes during your stay and free breakfast, nothing more you can ask for. Would 100% recommend this hotel!!

The food is terrible as breakfast, no one refilled any egg or food. Tried to drink orange juice and the bootle cap was broken… the hotel is pretty close to the train station in overall if I had to say that was the only good point. I booked the room 3 months ago ahead for me and my bf. Forget to put 2 adults instead of 2 and got charged 50 CHF extra(was 75 at the beginning). The city was freezing and raining and the room heat was not working, checked 3 times with front desk and was told that they will heat it for us. I finally got sick after staying there and the whole experience was terrified.

Everything was a 5⭐️! Check in was smooth and friendly. The lady was kind and helpfu. The room is very clean, quiet and lots of amenities including slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste and tons of toiletries. The coop store is next door if you need to grab some food and etc. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is old, but charming. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. There were generous bathroom amenities, including hotel branded slippers. I accidentally dropped an earring and when searching for it, I found the floors to be very dusty. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised! Delightful fresh apple juice, water, and fruit on check in. Front desk team was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms and building with doors and windows closed are very quiet so you cannot easily hear the planes and trains nearby. The breakfast was better than expected based on reviews. Go for this place, it's comfy and well-presented by excellent staff.

Room and hotel were great overall. Bed was comfy. Pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. I was here in middle of October, so, a/c was off but so was the heat on the first 2 nights. My last night, they turned on/up the heat and it was roasting in the room both during the night and in the morning. The room isna great size and had plenty of closet space. It even had a refrigerator. The bathroom was big and had a warming towel rack. However, it was not turned on as they explained it was still "summer" for them. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel as well. You could choose to sit outdoors or inside as well. This hotel is also a very easy and short (3 min) walk to Interlaken West and bus stop. The staff were so nice and they do laundry servixes for a charge. If I come to Interlaken again, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

We vacationed at Interlaken for a Fall excursion and decided to stay at the Hotel Krebs. Location - It is located in a central area with many shops (tourist type as well as others) and restaurants. All within 0-10 minute walk. We enjoyed the local Thai & Indian restaurants, and shopped at Patagonia. Interlaken OST train statin is about 10 min away. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. They upgraded our stay (likely since October is a slower month for tourists) to a larger room. Room was very clean, modern & comfortable. Water was provided every day, as well coffee for the maker in the room. Bathroom was also modern, with plenty of hot water and towels. Room service cleaned / made up every day (if you choose to) & everything was well done. Breakfast was included in our stay & there were plenty of options - food was good and juice / coffee plentiful. Tables were clean and there was staff available to help (although it's a self service buffet style breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel restuarant one night, we chose cheese fondu and it was great - it is also reasonable priced for the area (dining out in Switzerland is high priced if you aren't aware). Parking is available but limited - they have 7-8 spots, so it helps to call / email ahead to request a spot. It's right next to the hotel, so very convenient to get to. Overall - An excellent hotel and stay, we highly recommend it and will use it again on future trips to Interlaken.

Hotel was just a5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, which made travel from Zurich very nice. The area is busy during the day, but at night was so quiet. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with teas and coffees along with nice bathroom amenities. Everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The bed were awfully soft. The tub you needed a stool to get into and were very dangerous. The breakfast was OK to poor. The room was kept clean and the staff pleasant. Over all I would not stay there again.

A great hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Directly on a street with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The building is old, but well-kept, comfortable, and clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The patio is a great spot to have a beverage and people watch.
