Hotels.com should delist this property. The shared bathroom/toilet was worse than the ones at the train stations. The toilet was unhygienic as it did not have a hand wash basin in it.

Conveniently located nice staff. Room was very small (double room) and the private bath was a toilet / shower combo with a frosted glass door. Was staying with my adult daughter, so that was a little odd. It was a bit hard to carry our suitcases up the stairs with no elevator but we managed. The Mexican restaurant was always busy and smelled amazing! I wish we had the opportunity to eat there. Budget friendly and good place to stay if you just need a spot to sleep and shower. Would stay there again.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful! Property is fairly run down or just needs a major facelift. In an area of town that is occupied completely by non-europeans. That is definitely not what we came to visit Interlaken to experience. This may not be the hotel's fault, but at night it was extremely noisey inside the hotel with lots of bumping and jostling of things all night long.

We had an amazing experience during our four-night stay! The service was exceptional. The location was perfect—just a short walk from all the local attractions, as well as the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Perfect spot to get around the city, and we even had a balcony to watch all the para jumpers! We throughly enjoyed our stay, it was a bit noisy from all the activity outside but not a major issue

Good location. Buses nearby to interlaken ost/west. No amenities though.. when people walk above the noise is heard in our room. Bunk bed also very noisy.

Hotel is a little older but great value compared to the other hotel options in the city. There are many restaurants around the hotel and the bus that takes you to the train station is only a few steps away.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from train station and to shopping. Expedia stated there was a buffet breakfast for a fee but nothing was not offered. Lack of breakfast dining in area. Coop store had items but rooms had no refrigeration. They did have coffee in room and a microwave and hot pot you could use in storage room. But lack of a refrigerator was a bummer. I'm not a fan of open showers that drain on bathroom floor as it makes a mess but it worked and was clean.

Would not recommend this place Toilet and shower were remodeled in the same closet size space. No AC, afraid to open window as this neighbor was full of unsavory looking folks. Restaurants in the area were mostly middle eastern, Indian, or oriental personal preference but were dirty. Photo on file doesn’t represent what you get. No elevator.

Right above a Mexican restaurant with a fun bar, for some reason was surrounded by Indian restaurants, but was within easy walking distance of a handful of local dining spots. Balcony was nice, and room matched the cities vibes. A small town so everything was within walking distance and staff was very nice.
