Stay was only one night but on arrival the room was very cold and took an hour to warm up. In the morning I like my coffee but machine would not work. I had to go to lobby for coffee. I thought I could also get the continental breakfast but due to the spring ahaed time change it was over as well. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

What I don't or didn't like was the fact that their lack of care to actual physical injury due to a slip on the wet floor from a puddle of water formed due to a leak in the ceiling that you can tell had previous damage as well. And here we are two weeks later and I can't even get a response from the super 5 or Windham hotels.

Stayed one quick night. No major concern or complaints. Everyone was friendly. We had a room with one bed, couch and kitchenette. We didn’t use the kitchen however we noticed there were to utensils or cook wear if you chose too. Maybe you ask? Wasn’t a big deal for us. Our only complaint was it was listed as a Queen bed but it was not a Queen. Bed was a double. Not a huge deal just disappointed for the small bed. Would stay here again but would ask for a bigger bed upon arrival next time.

Very clean but the carpets are in desperate need of being replaced. Could hear conversations and noise from the room below through the venting system. Easy access to Hwy 2. Definitely appreciated being able to plug in the vehicle. Friendly staff.

Staff and breakfast were fine, hotel clean. When I arrived to my room the heat was turned off and the temperature was 10C on a cold February night. After turning up the heat and leaving the door open for 30 min to get hallway heat, I went to bed with my winter jacket on.

There are better options in town

The staff was very nice,but pulling into the parking lot you get the feeling from the lack lustre curb appeal that it’s in need of some TLC. We went to the pub for a drink before our evening out, it’s a cool little room, super rustic, great atmosphere, worst, cheapest vodka I’ve ever tasted. There’s a fairly constant hum of a power transformer going through most but not all of the stay, I won’t deny a bit of a lulling effect but I did t plan to sleep the whole time I was in the room. The pillows in the bed havent been changed in a VERY long time, neither have the towels in the bathroom. The towels are worn and grey, at some point they were white. The pillows were beyond flat and uncomfortable. Would I spend more for these improved amenities? I’m not sure I should have to, but I guess I have to. Also, as with all hotels, the room was so dry… no vending machine anywhere. My husband had to go for a drive to find bottled water, the town water isn’t drink worthy, tried it, driving around at 430 am for water was a bit frustrating. Overall, I think the staff gets all the ⭐️’s, even at $91 a night, the basic standards should be met.

If you’re ok with grimy basic rooms this is your place. We however were double charged on our card through the hotel and were not offered solutions. Spending hours on the phone and being out money to get home during the holidays was a real treat. Dispute has been filed through the bank. Don’t waste your time to save a few bucks turns out it wasn’t worth it.
