She was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely committed to making our visit smooth and enjoyable. When our TV remote stopped working, she didn’t just send someone—she personally brought fresh batteries to our room with a smile. That level of attentiveness is rare, and it set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and perfectly located, but it’s the staff—especially Sofia—who elevate the experience. We also enjoyed an excellent supper at the hotel restaurant, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and service. The dishes were beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served promptly despite a busy dining room. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams take real pride in what they do. Between the outstanding meal and the thoughtful hospitality throughout the hotel, the Clarion delivered a stay that felt both comfortable and memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others."
