Cozy Studio Retreat one block from Downtown Noblesville, IN

Short walk to the Noblesville downtown square where you can find all kind of nightlife activities. We have new restaurants and bars opening all the time. During the day there are retail stores and antique markets on the square to shop at.
We are very short drives to Grand Park in Westfield, Ruoff Music Center and Connor Prairie outdoor museum.

You have your private entrance to our studio apartment attached to our 1898 built house. Totally private space that is very quiet and cozy. The whole space was updated in April of 2024. All of our guest love the proximity to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Noblesville. If you have any questions about our property, please reach out to us and we will respond very quickly.

Very nice, quiet stay. Easy to check in and out. A few points where could be cleaned up. Sheet had a small red stain, shower curtain had some goop stuck on it still, but for something that is family-maintained it was just fine. Would recommend the location or stay again.

My husband and I brought our almost 2yr old and our son for our son's 4th birthday. We wanted to be in Indy the night before spending the day at the children's museum. Cute little hotel style property. Very clean! Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Only issue we noticed was there is a need for a regular size garbage can, two 3 gallon bathroom garbage cans don't go far for 2 adults staying let alone if there were the max of 4 people staying. Light switches are confusing as to what goes to what.
