Communication and ease of check-in and out were great. We accidently left a sweatshirt, and the host was so nice to locate it and mail it to us--thank you! Location was easy for going to a Lucas Oil event. Fenced in parking was plentiful at the back of the house. Appliances were new, clean, and functional.This stay had basic amenities. Barely seating for 4 in the living room. No where to place a bag or suitcase other than the floor or bed. The blinds were thin fabric fixed into place--unable to open. The street is busy long into the night. The bar across the street with outdoor seating is very lively. And we could easily hear conversation and movement of tenants in the adjoining unit. The tiny main floor bathroom is tiny.Again, we appreciated easy communication and proximity to the downtown area.
