The staff was friendly and the room served our needs. The negative was that the room we were initially assigned had someone else in it. When I opened the door to the first room we were given, another couple was in there. Very embarrassing. The front desk person was very apologetic and the new room was occupant free.

You must call for the shuttle to pick up at the airport which I did not know/was not told when I called to confirm the shuttle start time for an early flight out. I was able to reserve a 4:30 AM pick up at check in for the next morning which was right on time. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.
