Perfectly perfect house

I have done a lot of VRBO rentals and this house was the cleanest!!! Everything was perfection… comfy beds, beautifully stocked kitchen with spices, fresh coffee grounds, creamer and sweetener.. again, the cleanest kitchen, refrigerator, drawers, etc. In the bathrooms there are plenty of soft towels, full-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner… even special makeup remover wash cloths.The living room furniture was very comfortable. I loved this house and I will rent this place again!!

Best home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was super nice and clean. They had anything there you wanted and the extra touches of snacks, etc made us feel welcome. Great neighborhood. Easy access to town and Huntsville. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

One of our best stays in the Athens area.

My friend and I stayed with her 2yo son. The house was very clean. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was even a friendly note and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors and the yard was nice for the little guy to run around.

A very nice home. Stocked well and you get exactly what you see. Huge backyard that is fenced in and a quiet neighborhood. Great communication from host too. Only thing was the master bath could use a little upgrade. Everything else was immaculate though. Enjoyed the bottle of wine and hand written welcome card. That was a nice touch. Would book again.

Perfect for Business Trip

This house was perfect for a 2 week business trip in Athens. Spacious and well equipped with everything to make it feel like home. Sydney was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

The best home away from home in Athens!

My mother and I stayed at this property over the weekend and it was absolutely lovely! From the noticeable finishing touches like snacks and waters to the thoughtful note left by our hosts, to the immaculate clean home, I felt right at home and slept very soundly, safely and comfortably. Can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Would be perfect for a week’s stay in the area for anyone who wanted to take a look around this quaint little town. Thank you Sydney!

Excellent property

This rental was perfect for our needs. Three adult family members attended a family weekend nearby. There was room for four more, comfortably. Everything is as advertised. Here are the hilights: 1. Newly renovated and remodeled house. Very open living and dining area. Modern amenities. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. And there is a gas grill right out the back door. All bedding and linens are good enough for your own home. 2. Extremely clean. 3. Beds are very comfortable. All three of us slept soundly. 4. For me, water pressure in the showers is a must. Plenty of pressure here and all plumbing fixtures are new and worked great. 5. WiFi worked well. TV is streaming, not cable. 6. Communication with Syndney and Anna was always timely and very welcoming. 7. Easy to get to from I-65 (5 minutes). Plenty of parking in the driveway. Extraordinarily quiet, culdesac residential street. When I return to Athens, Decatur or Huntsville, I will definitely stay here again. If you’re planning on attending the Fiddlers Convention in October, you should definitely check out this rental.
