"This home met our needs. The location was close to Gold Beach attractions. It has a great view , but during traffic hours the patio overlooking the ocean can be noisy, the beds were comfortable. The Avari management cleaning crew needs improvement, the towels were hung up damp to almost wet. Had to throw them in the dryer the first night. Colored pencils and playing cards under the rollable coffee table that converts to a dining table. Not a big deal but details missed. The “amenities box” that comes prepackaged needs rethought by Avari management; it was missing dishwasher soap. Fortunately there was an extra box with dishwasher soap available inside. The kitchen was done well; plenty of utensils and appliances. It does need a salt and pepper shaker. We didn’t bring our dog, but they had a pet station with bowls, dog treats, leashed and dog beds in the closet, great idea! A few suggestions… The ocean air is disintegrating the bbq, that needs a few replacement parts. Shower door has a missing part that keeps the door from”swinging “ and one of the barn doors in second bedroom has no “stop” so it takes out a switch on the wall. I can imagine that getting maintenance people with decent skills and experience that pay attention to details could be a nightmare."
