The rooms were smaller than what I would normally expect. There was no gift store or convenience store in the hotel. Parking was extremely easy and convenient. Otherwise, pretty standard/average for Hyatt. Oh- this is one of the few places we stayed in Taiwan where the staff spoke English well. I would expect that for Hyatt, but it is an exception in Taiwan. Also, the dinner buffet was really remarkable, even when compared to what is expected of a 5-star hotel. This is probably the best hotel buffet I've ever seen.

Great place to stay the night before a morning flight with one exception: no hot water in the shower. Yes, I let the water run for several minutes, but it was never more than tepid at best.
