"The food let's the hotel down. The dinner was expensive but the food was awful. The crispy chicken was inedible and the chicken nuggets could break a window they were so over cooked. All the lego displays are fantastic including King Rat in the bathroom."

Our only concern was the lack of an air-conditioning, but the weather wasn't very hot when we were there so we didn't feel it, but I'm guessing it can get hot on a warm day. Other than that, the staff was excellent, especially Mikkel whom I chatted with for quite some time upon arrival. The breakfast and staff there was wonderful and we didn't lack for anything! If we go back to Billund (chances are high as I'm a Lego fanatic) we will stay here again for sure!"
