I wish these hotels invested money in making people stay welcoming it seems like they do not care bathroom is nasty stains on towels doors are not secure stains on bed bad smell bugs and roaches outside this is not a retaliation review but hopefully management can resolve these issues
During our 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned—not once. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told they didn’t have one. The floors outside the rooms were filthy, the wall paint was dirty and scuffed, and the stair handrails were grimy.
The main lobby was never open; all interactions were through a small night window. I only spoke to two staff members—one at check-in who was condescending, and another late at night when I asked for clean towels and why the room hadn’t been serviced. His response was dismissive and borderline rude. He didn’t have any towels on hand and told me to come back in half an hour.
To make matters worse, sketchy individuals knocked on our door twice during the first night—once at midnight and again at 4:30 a.m. The whole place gives the impression of being more focused on long-term weekly rentals than on providing a safe, clean stay for nightly guests.
Hotel has accessible road to freeway and the area was safe. The hotel seemed under staffed but front clerk Pedro went out of his way for me. You get what you pay for.

AC good, hot shower good except sheets were stained and mattress was hard.
Horrible Red Roof Inn Experience and Customer Serv
They didn’t have the room I reserved at check in and after agreeing to take another room the room I was given the ac/heater combo didn’t power on and it was a cool day and room. I went downstairs to let them know and instead of me hearing I apologize let me get you into another room and I will check it first before you move you items I’m hearing about a breaker being tripped like I was supposed to check it myself. Then the person that could give me a refund at that point this was all I would accept wasn’t on property and I waited 20 minutes with m6 phone dying and no charge ability in their lobby. Hotels.com made it right for me. The people that run this Red Roof Inn are not like the many others I have stayed months at a time at as an insurance adjuster at Castrophes.
