We can do better, guys.

A hotel that's ONE mile away on a straight road from the airport couldn't possibly screw up a shuttle service, right? All they have to do is pay for their own van and have some guy drive it back and forth on a straight road. Well, Ramada is not going to invest heavily into respecting your time or money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! A domestic flight to another state will probably take less time than it takes this special crew to travel one mile. The entire selling point of this hotel is to have an available shuttle when arriving from the Houston airport and one to take you back. The shuttle service is UNRELIABLE. Be prepared for the shuttle service NOT to answer your calls and then send a shuttle that will take 30 minutes to arrive after you call if they even pick up. The hotel is only ONE mile away from the airport but these guys can't even get that right. They share a beat up van with like 4 other hotels and take their sweet time moving it. If you think you are paying for the convenience of having a quick ride to the hotel after a long day of travel, you are dead wrong. After the first experience, we ended up taking an uber to the airport instead of relying on this clown show. With regards to the breakfast options, you are definitely going to be paying for them. Come on, Ramada, pay for a shuttle van and some reliable people. Make an effort here.

We booked this hotel for a short 9 hour layover to try and get a quick rest during a two day journey. We landed at midnight and it took about 45 minutes after calling for he airport shuttle to arrive. When he finally showed up the small van only had 8 seats for the ~20 people waiting, so we ended up having to take a taxi. When we tried to book the shuttle back during check in, they told us it was booked full, even though I had called ahead and put very specific notes in the reservation. The hotel room was gross and the toilet wasn’t working.

This is either my 2nd or 3rd time there in the last 3 years. I stay whenever I have a very early flight as it is such an easy drive or shuttle to the airport. It is an older hotel but the staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are a little on the soft side if you like that. I always feel safe here. The parking lots are well lit.

Was kinda skeptical upon pulling up because the outside is really outdated but once I got inside I felt a lil better. The rooms are ok nothing to write home about...oh and please watch out for the potholes in the parking lot...nice spot just for a day or two nothing longer

I called for the airport shuttle that they advertise. It only runs on the hour and they stated I had 30 minutes to wait. I waited and the shuttle drove right by the stop . I called the hotel and the woman was rude and dismissive telling me it takes “30 minutes “ . Finally after another hotel shuttle passed me twice ( he picked up and dropped off twice ) he gave me a ride . Then when I went back to the airport I needed a 6:20 pickup to which I was told it was hourly and it has a 15 minute margin of error. This is hardly a hotel shuttle. It should not be advertised as such
