I stayed in the apartment for 1.5 months. I would not rent this apartment again. Not sure where to start.. When I walked in I noticed stains on the couch and a big burn mark on the table. I emailed photos to the host so that I wouldn't be blamed for those. Very uncomfortable sitting on a couch with a dirty spots. Then I open the balcony door. Bird droppings in an area a few inches high. Again photo and message. The following morning took a shower. The bathtub was draining very slowly. The water reached my ankles by the time I finished. Another email. I had checked in midweek and by friday it was time to do laundry. The washer was not working. Another email.. Maintenance came but they had to order parts... No laundry until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Did I mention that I had to buy everything for my stay. Even the bed pillows flat and old as if they had been used for years.. The few cooking pots were scratched.. No towels.. Several trips to Costco and Walmart. At some point this electricity went out. The apartments next to me had electricity. The staircases had electricity. I had to go buy a lantern, go to the gym to charge it. No hot water. This lasted more than 30 hours. Only apartments owned by this company didn't have electricity. Meanwhile the host was asking me to let them know if I find out what the problem was! It appears that they had not paid the electricity. I can go on. No space here. I have to say that VRBO customer was excellent.
