We were on Motorcycles and felt very safe leaving them unattended in the parking lot but the hotel offered locking them in a gated area if we wanted.

For the most part, the stay was fine. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Now the bad part. There was a mix-up when checking in. April checked me in and told me one room number AND wrote that number on the hotel map where she gave me directions to the room. The actual room number that she registered me under was different. The key didn't work (should have been a sign) so I returned and she (April) re-keyed it to the wrong number that she told me. We went into the room, dropped off our things, and went out into town. Later I received a call from the hotel asking me about my things to verify they were mine. They were and he had already brought them to the check-in office. This is unacceptable that they couldn't just give the other people the room intended for us or another one. I don't like that they came in the room where our things were and removed them. What if we had private information or items unpacked? Fortunately we didn't but this is flat out unacceptable!

Convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Easy and friendly check-in. Close to everything in town. There’s no elevator so expect to walk a bit if you have a lot of luggage and you’re in the second floor but it was not horrible and room didn’t offer a lot of privacy for changing outside of the small restroom. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are always clean and fresh. The property is pet friendly. The pool, hot tub and game room give you a great place to retreat to after shopping and walking downtown. The staff is more accomadating that any in the business and you are so close to all of the action in town.

This was such a cute and nice place to stay that brought me back to the 80s-90s feel with the motel style. The game area was absolutely fun and unique. The pool area was stunning. Loved the watch and swim movie night. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious.

Customer service, we planned this trip with my adult cousins , I called earlier that morning just to see if our room could be ready early,y ,the receptionist told us our room wouldn’t be ready but our cousins would and we were right next door to them,they after a couple hour we went to the receptionist desk to get the keys to our room,imagine my surprise when we wasn’t right door to our family but on a different floor on opposite side of buildings, I told the gentleman that can’t be right we already be told we were right next door to our cousins he looked again and said no we not, then a couple minutes later another women called and said that they gave our room away to someone who had mobility issues and that there lots of people who come with the last name and since the previous receptionist didn’t leave a note stating that we were all together she tried to fix it by offering a room with 2 queens our was a king, I asked would we be right next to them then and no we were closer but not beside them, I declined there offer,the rest of the stay no one reached out to us at all
