Beautifully remodeled 86 year-old home within walking distance to Oaklawn race track. The first floor features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and a den. The second floor has a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. Patio is behind the home with a gas grill. Washer and dryer located on property. Home is equipped with a security system and WIFI. There are two sofas, one is a sectional sofa. (Not sleeper sofas.)

We had an excellent stay in Hot Springs and the Spa City Cottage. Our accommodations were very clean and maintained, well stocked, and just a great space for our family both to spread out but to also come together and enjoy each other. Our host was very accommodating. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available. We appreciated the extra towels and all the extras in the bathrooms. The location was a perfect walk to and from Oaklawn. We were even allowed to park at the house 'early' on the first day so we could avoid parking at the track. We will definitely stay here again!

We came to Hot Springs for a ladies weekend and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It's clean and beautifully decorated with lots of charm.
