Super helpful honest staff!

The Inn was fantastic! I left early to leave for home on checkout day and forgot my shoes and orthotics. April at the front desk contacted my a few hours after I had left. She said that the hotel keeper found that I had left my shoes, and April offered to mail my shoes back home to me! Super honest and friendly staff! Thank you Quality Inn.

One of the absolute best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredible, especially having three kids along with me on my own and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! A very safe area, and a beautiful view overlooking the city for an amazing affordable price!

Not What I Expected

The online pictures of the hotel room were not the same as in person. Linen and towels were clean. Furniture looked to be secondhand. A table was moved to do work on computer and it had not been swept under in a long time. Walls are VERY THIN. I could hear people doing activities until 11pm at night on both sides of my room and the upper floor.

Old and dirty rooms, Not worth the price

Room floors were dirty and towels were not stocked when we checked in. The bedsheets were dirty and had to replace them at the front desk. Even on request, Housekeeping didn't clean the floor. Overall the place is old except for the hardwood flooring in the rooms. I wouldn't book this place again.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold around the shower. The floors in our room were filthy as my father-in-law needed to wash his feet after walking around. One bed spread was dirty and when we asked for a new one we were told we would have to come get it because there was no one to put it on. When my wife went to talk to the front desk she had to wait for the woman to finish her phone discussion about her swing set at home. The breakfast sucked. The eggs were cold and when I asked about ketchup the woman showed me with a scowl on her face.
