Beautiful scenery of lake, birds, and other wild life from windows in the living area and bedroom sliding door onto one of the decks. Very quiet - no noise from neighbors or cars. Only noise was from the many birds, waterfowl, and my husband said he could hear a coyote in the distance. Ample parking just outside the entrance to the townhouse.Kitchen equipment, dishes, and supplies definitely adequate. Sofas had seen better days, but were ok. This was our third townhouse at HSP Village that we have vacationed at, and it was the least fancy of the three (and the least expensive), although it was nice enough. My husband said it was his favorite of the three because of the quiet, being able to sleep with the sliding glass doors open in the bedroom and feeling the cool air while he was sleeping. He would probably rated this townhouse 5 out of 5. I rate this townhouse 4 out of 5 due to some safety concerns. I am a senior and I was very careful with the stairway and the bath not to have any falls. The tub did not have any grab bars or any safety mat. However, I did not have any problems and we enjoyed our visit here.
