Disfrute de un café matutino, puestas de sol y cócteles desde su patio cubierto con espectaculares vistas del canal principal del lago Hamilton. Sube 12 escalones desde el estacionamiento (con un rellano después de 6 escalones) hasta la puerta de entrada para tener una vista tranquila y pacífica del último piso del lago Hamilton. Su embarcación cubierta está directamente debajo de su balcón y a solo unos pasos de distancia. Omgoodness, this place was better than we expected. Starting with the hosts, the amazing view, decor, comfort, amenities and overall quality. We were 3 "older" women on a quick 2 night getaway from life. Enjoying the scenery, some shopping and the beautiful Garvan Gardens. We highly recommend this great place and will definitely be back and choosing to stay here again!

Perfect location for Hot Springs-close to restaurants, grocery, sightseeing and national park. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the dual drip coffee pot/keurig. Plenty of amenities in kitchen. We did cook dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed. LOVED the balcony!!! The 4 of us were out there for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! Great view, comfortable chairs, loved watching the boaters and ducks!!Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!!

Our favorite Vrbo to date! Condo was perfect. The tastefully decorated high quality furnishings were much appreciated! The bed was absolutely the most comfortable! Views of the lake beautiful as advertised. Rented a party barge at Kahuna next door and spent a lovely day on the water. Tasty eats downtown. Great golf at Hot Springs Village. Only drawback was the pool was really small, but in looking around at other properties they all seemed to be that way? Thank you to our hosts…really enjoyed our visit! :)

Great place to stay. Beautiful views. The condo had everything we needed. It was in a very quite area. I loved setting on the balcony watching the boats go bye. Had my coffee out there in the mornings. Very nice Condo inside as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet on the Lake

Shawn's place was a peaceful, relaxing place to call home during our visit to Hot Springs. The condo wasn't too far from downtown HS, and yet you felt like you were in a different world once you got back to the condo. The views of the lake from both inside and outside on the porch were absolutely delightful as we watched the various boats and the birds and ducks going to and fro. The condo seemed larger to us than the pictures on VRBO, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment you might need, and plenty of toilet paper was provided as well. There were not any extra paper towels, tissue boxes, aluminum foil, or plastic wraps provided, so be sure to bring your own. We had a few questions while we were there, and Shawn responded within 5 minutes every time. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great place, great time!!

For someone that loves water views, this is a GREAT location. It’s also close to historic Central Avenue and the racetracks!! My wife had a great time for our anniversary. We WILL be booking again.
