"Beautiful, clean, comfy house at a stunning location for our 10 day family gathering over Thanksgiving. Would definitely rent again. A heating issue was resolved within a day, thanks for that! The addition of large serving bowls, Tupperware, working toaster, and a broom/dustpan would be helpful for future renters. Thanks for making this special haven available to others!"

"Super cozy cabin—a bit chilly at nights (that’s mid-October in Maine), but nice and warm under the blankets. We had a lovely weekend, going on hikes and enjoying the beautiful area. Thanks!"

"Nice rustic cottage in a great location with amazing trails on property. Cape Rosier is a gem. We had a wonderful stay. Kitchen is simple but very well equipped. Only downside for us was no grill, though that may be due to fire hazard."

"The cabin was extremely comfortable and clean and the view was superb. It was tranquil and peaceful as promised. We lucked out on the weather, 5 days of sun, with varying temperatures. Coffee on the porch most days as well as a few dinners. ( We tend to eat late, so the chill did set in a few nights.)As recommended, be sure to bring everything, food and personal care wise. Shopping IS a distance. Don't forget your bath towels. We almost did, but caught that requirement with last minute reading. Read all of the reviews. We learned a lot from them.One caution: Be sure to have a full understanding of both the distance any kayaks need to be transported down to the beach, as well as the roughness of the paths.. There are two different routes. ( If you are thirty years old, it's a piece of cake, if not... we weren't ) The kayaking itself was fantastic. Got quite a workout . Great coves off the main cove in the Weir inlet) The HILL was emphasized. It wasn't that bad unless you met another car on the road. then it got interesting. Lots of games and books for all members of the family.A great experience."
