When booked, we were supposed to have a balcony. Nowhere were we told that the balcony was "shared" which actually meant that it allowed anyone to try to get into our room. There was no restaurant. The room was dirty and not well kept, particularly the bathroom which was in disrepair. Finally the staff were not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel. We plan to return to this part of the world but definitely will not stay at the Snake River Lodge & Spa.

An updated hotel would of been my preference next time. Elevator got stuck, the ice machine was empty all weekend. It was a mediocre experience at best.

Snake River Lodge & Spa is beautiful. It is not, however, worth the expense. I understand that the cost is comparable to area hotels, but they are all outrageously priced. The young man at the front desk at night was inexperienced and gave false information. We were assigned the wrong room and the problem could not be corrected by him. To Snake River Lodge and Spa's credit, the day staff is amazing. One of the ladies at the front desk was able to correct the problem with our room within minutes. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for the rest of our stay. Her friendliness, motivation, and knowledge should be strived for by all front desk employees.

The mountain atmosphere was really neat. Bears and other stuffed animals everywhere. Staff was always very polite, friendly and helpful. Used the hot tub every night. Made some new friends. Great stay.

Property was lovely but due to Covid and off season staff and services were limited. No dine in restaurant- take out only. Staff that were available were extremely helpful and pleasant

This was our first time in Jackson Hole. Make sure that if you want a room overlooking the mountain or just outside - our room was a standard not inexpensive by any means and the widow view was a roof/wall. We traveled with 8 people and would like to gather with our friends however you were not allowed to eat or drink in the common areas - due to covid. It seems like instead of offering suggestions how we can gather in the hotel we were staying - they just kept saying no cant do that, pull your mask up ( even when no one was around). Oddly enough the two hotels to the right and the left were thriving. people everywhere enjoying themselves and restaurants and bars were in full swing. For a first time visit we were not impressed at all and would not recommend. We made the most of the trip Jude in the spa was great, Mike on tours was very nice and knowledgable and Nicea in food and beverage was accomodating and showed care for guests. The fault other than the room view lies on the company itself. very disappointing. I couldn’t even get a ticket for the arial tram - due to limiting capacity. so to the first timer... specify upper room with a view .... wait til mask ordinance is lifted stay at the 4 Seasons or Continuim or you will have to leave your hotel for a dining experience or gathering with friends. ...buy all tickets prior or you may be shut out. oh by the way they don’t have a shuttle to the airport either. Be willing to pay 70 dollars each way for a 25 min

Staff was not accommodating at all. I am 70 years old no help was given with the luggage. Tv at the room was not available for 3 nights. No apology was offered for it. The room was not made up one of the days. The key were canceled on the day of departure one hour before the check out time. Facilities are fine but the staff is rude and not accommodating.
