My experience in the room was not great at all. We stayed two nights there, July 24 and 25, 2025. - first night: I found 1 big cockroach under the bed and had to "fight" with it to catch it with the vacuum cleaner. Sent the photo and video to the host. The kids and parents where so scared, what else could we find under the bed sheets, in the toilet, shower...Ruined the whole experience. The host responded by saying to close all sink and drain cover, and will send someone to check. But we heard no news after that, quite disappointing. - The air conditioner was not working properly, either too cold nor wont restart to have decent temperature in the room. We had to send some pictures of the circuit breakers. Then the host gave us the remote controls but they do not work. - No hot water, until the host told us to push some buttons in front of the toilet. A sign, instructions on the door or advance notice before check-in would be appreciated. - Shower: were leaking to floor in the toilet, making it dangerous for falls. Had to use towels to block water. - The towells have some smell that my kids and wife dislike completely. Not sure if it is the lavenda smells or simply bad smell after washing/drying. - The host was responsive by responding to WhatApps message, but still experience in the room was bad. - The host has to seriously clean up and fix all those those issues. - Outside of room and elevators were ok. - View from 13th floor was nice. Could be nice place...

Where to begin. Booked a 2bed room. Sunday to Friday. Arrived at a condo building with lack security. Took 30m for someone to contact us even tho we used their driver for airport pickup. Eventually a young man ,living in building I think, showed up and said our 2 bedroom wasnt avail today . A/C needed fixing next morn. He could figure out the door code for 15 minutes. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apt but couldn’t use the third bedroom. Since we paid for a 2 bedroom. Next day he said he would help us move out and in to the 2 bedroom apt. Between 12-1pm. At 1245 after a reminder to management he shows up and said it’s still not ready. And we needed to wait in lobby. The cleaning lady shows up at 1pm now and cleans ! And we’re all in the 3 bedroom back and forth. I wasn’t leaving until either I got money back for remaining 4 nights . We didn’t feel safe here. No room safe. Poor security in front with huge sign that said no renting out apts for short term. Expedia had good reviews. But trip advisor has 5 very bad ones. Scam shady. Poor communication. After being threatened by Simon the owner at this point we had to vacate. He said security would call the police if we didn’t leave. I ended up speaking to management and shredded them. Told Them I want Expedia to credit back remaining $$. We went across street to paragon hotel for remaining 4 nights. In a 1 room / 2 queen beds. Do not stay here. Please avoid this chaos.
