This hotel has excellent views of the city and in a convenient location. Staff were all professional and courteous. Room was spacious with many huge windows and a large bath tub. Good sized pool on top level with an equally good view. Breakfast room is beautiful and a good choice of food. I highly recommend this hotel.

There is only 1 thing I like is the location close to Ben Thanh shopping. I just want to remind everyone when you book the room at this hotel. They are cheating you and did not give you the room exactly what you've booked. But when you complain they tell you to pay extra money in order to upgrade your room, that is totally unfair to me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Be careful when you book this Hotel. I booked a Premium room and they gave me a Deluxe room with No Bathtub. They told me if I pay another extra $40 a night , they will give me a Premium room. I can't believe it and I couldn't get any help from Expedia because I don't have their numbers in Vietnam. The food here is so terrible, I asked for an egg and cook over hard, they gave 2 eggs cooked over easy. The chefs here are never listen to what you want when you ordered your food. I couldn't stay here again. NO MORE.
