Well located. It's in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The staff is amazing. I loved just sitting at the bistro with a drink.

This was a nice spot to be in for our first night in Vietnam. Staff were great and accomidating. The room was nice, I didnt feel confident on its cleanliness so we wore shoes the whole time. In walking around it became very clear we were in a Red Light district, but otherwise it was a nice stroll.

Nice hotel in the middle of District 1, however it is also in the middle of a lot of riff-raff. The coffee shop downstairs is an excellent place to have a coffee and watch the riff-raff go on by. It is also next to little tokyo and a short walk to a lot of other things nearby.

A very nice hotel, practical rooms with excellent and newly renovated bathrooms. Staff was lovely and always happy to help. The neighborhood is great as it is near the main things a tourist would like to visit. Just in front of the hotel during the night things look a bit dodgy, but avoiding the alley across the hotel street and going to the city center you face 0 problems ! Happy I stayed there and it is totally recommended as a hotel.

The location is unquestionably the hotel's strongest suit. It sits within a 15-minute walk of popular attractions including the Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office, with Vincom Center just a 5-minute stroll away. Since we were keen on exploring the city on foot, the hotel was ideal. Our room had only an internal window and so the curtains had to be drawn all the time. Here are some peculiarities of the room: The bath tub and the basin were inside the room rather than in the area. The toilet and the bathing areas were separate. However, the room had a minibar, safe, smart TV, and bathroom (rather the basin) equipped with slippers, hair dryers, and toothbrushes. The Sora Kitchen offered a gourmet buffet breakfast, highlighting Vietnamese cuisine. The spread was good and food delicious. Although presenting itself as a 4-star boutique hotel is an ambitious pitch, the hotel was surely good value for money at about $70 a night.

Despite no window the room was fine. The toilet has a shower seat which was nice. The breakfast is poor. The staff are not friendly and mind their own business. But the hotel is clean and cheap. Location is excellent, within walking distance to hundreds of Japanese style bars. Recommended.
