⭐️ 1-Star Review – Stay Away or Be Very Careful
I reserved a room for two people, but I mistakenly entered only one name on the reservation. Instead of offering help, the receptionist immediately demanded an extra 1,000,000 VND (about 30%). It felt like they were trying to take advantage of a simple reservation mistake.
When I refused, they suddenly reduced the extra charge to 700,000 VND (20%), which shows how unclear and inconsistent their rules are.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They argued with customers, spoke in an aggressive tone, and even slammed the booking book on the table, making the situation very uncomfortable. It was clear they are not trained to handle international guests or resolve issues properly.
Additionally, the hotel was extremely noisy due to construction happening all night, making it very difficult to rest. This was never clearly communicated in advance.
I have stayed here several times before, but this will be my last stay. I feel sorry for the owner, because the staff’s behavior is seriously damaging the reputation of the property.
