The staff is great. The breakfast is awesome. The reception let me know that i double booked and gave me a full refund for the second booking. I wish the sofa was facing the tv. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, everything we could have wished for was attended to with detailed care and attention. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and maintained daily, we were able to ask for the iron and water as we needed it. Buffet breakfast hit every spot in my appetite from Pho to omelette station.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location that's close to everything you'd want to see in District 1. We had an issue on the first night with another guest being loud and disrespectful but the hotel staff went above and beyond to remedy the problem. The staff was so friendly and helpful that I'm giving this a glowing 5 star review despite our initial problem. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the action in Ho Chi Minh City.

The rooftop pool is exactly like the photos. Stunning! There was live music each even while we were there swimming. The breakfast and afternoon tea is well worth the stay! We didn’t even eat out in HCMC because we just filled up at the hotel.
