I have to say that I’ve been to quite a few luxury hotels/high end managed apartments and the staff at Sommerset were the best! From front desk- shout out to Trang and her colleagues- to the bellman, cleaning staff, all were so wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Apartment was nice but common parts (lounge/kitchen) was quite small. Bedrooms and bathrooms ok size. Unlucky with noisy aircon. Pool area was nice but outside of building looked run down. On site convenience shop was very convenient.

Thank you for the upgrade. Our room was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. We loved that there was a convenience store on site. The pool was ‘interesting’. Quite clinical and lacking in vibes. Some music would be an improvement. We did like that we could buy a beer at the convenience store and drink it on the pool loungers.

We enjoyed our stay at the Somerset. Suited our needs as a family. Needed to catch grabs everywhere as things weren’t within walking distance. Lovely pool area and staff were friendly and helpful.

Good memories in Saigon

We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great.
