Our room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked having a kitchenette where we could prepare meals. The breakfast both mornings was exceptional. This will be our go to hotel when visiting our children in Chattanooga.

The best hotel I have stayed at in years. The staff was very attentive and kind. Hotel was well maintained and so clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. I have to visit the area often and I plan on staying here from now on.

We love this hotel. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants BUT it is NOISY. We have stayed here multiple times but traffic on 153 in the front or multiple train horns during the night (6 on two nights) will make us reconsider next time. This is very unfortunate as the hotel itself is lovely.

Upon arrival, I was charged 170.00 in unauthorized charges due to the front desk attendant being new and not knowing what they were doing in the system as well as not knowing how to resolve the issue. I am two weeks out from this taking place; with first being promised that the charge would be reversed and never even go through my bank. It went through. After multiple calls and emails with several managers, they still have not resolved the issue and continue to give me the run around- although they admitted fault from the beginning. The manager also stated “no one is trying to take your money”. They indeed took my money and have yet to make it right. After hours of stress on the phone/emails and allowing management to right their wrong- it’s incredibly disheartening, especially since the staff seemed kind and professional at the beginning. I would not recommend this location to anyone for this reason. There was also a massive crack up the entire wall of my hotel room- I made the front desk attendant aware and they stated it’s hard to find time to fix things like this between guests. While it wasn’t a bother to me- it was an additional concern.
