Ven a experimentar Black Hills en Roth Cabin en Moonshine Gulch, donde la hospitalidad es nuestra pasión. Entendemos la importancia de las vacaciones y el tiempo en familia, y haremos todo lo posible para que su estadía con nosotros sea un recuerdo maravilloso. Si bien el camino de entrada es seguro para vehículos con cuatro ruedas, no es seguro para motocicletas. Nuestra cabaña cuenta con 3 habitaciones (1 cama queen, 2 dobles y un futón doble en la gran sala del segundo nivel), 2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable, dvd y teléfono. Las sábanas, toallas y almohadas son de alta calidad, y la cabina se limpia a fondo después de cada uso. Tiene licencia e inspeccionado regularmente por el Departamento de Salud de Dakota del Sur.
Dos cubiertas amplias ofrecen hermosas vistas y están decoradas con muebles de mimbre y una parrilla de gas. Vea el famoso sendero Mickelson desde las cubiertas, así como ciervos, pavos y ocasionalmente un alce. Hay una chimenea en la cabina y en el exterior. La cabaña está a 18 millas de Historic Deadwood, 35 millas a Crazy Horse, 30 millas a Mt Rushmore, 38 millas a Legendary Sturgis y 25 millas a Deerfield Lake.

The Roth cabin was exactly what our family needed! There was so much space to sprawl out for the kiddos. They played corn hole, jenga and hide and seek, while hubby and i relaxed on the huge deck and just soaked it all in. We were visited by the humming birds all day long, as well as the chipmonks. We saw wild life every where we went!The morning we left we were visited by a beautiful whitetail. It truly was the most relaxing week we have ever had on vacation!Highly recommend staying at the Roth cabin! Al and Rosemary are amazing hosts!

quiet getaway with hiking access

Lovely cabin! Quiet hideaway, but close to other attractions. Loved that we were close to the Mickelson trail. The host was very helpful with our questions, and did a great job of making us feel welcome.

Wonderful Mountain Cabin

Beautiful cozy cabin right in the mountains.Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wonderful deckviews of the mountains. Loved staying here and having the quiet beauty. Hearing the stream below, and seeing fawns playing in the yard were an added blessing. Though we didn't bike or hike the Michelson Trail, it has close access. Great place for our family.

Beautiful location, it was everything we were looking for, the only thing that was of concern was the shower on first floor with getting the temp right and still be able to conserve water, but the surrounding and location made up for any inconveniences

Beautiful Cabin on a Hill

Wonderful place to stay with great hosts. Beautiful views and everything you need to sit back and relax. Cabin is on a steep hill which my Jeep loved! But my Daughters car not so much. Once you learned the tricks it was a breeze to navigate. Would definitely rent again if we are on the area.

Beautiful Cabin, Off the beaten path.

Beautiful Cabin located in Rochford. Nice and quiet with wild life frequenting. Close to the Lead and Deadwood area. If you are going south it is 11 miles of gravel, but the road is good and about 45 minutes to Hill City area. If you're heading north it is perfect. The driveway is graveled and fairly steep, but doable. If you want some family time away from the noise you could not do better. Overall we loved the time there. Al and Rosemary are very nice people.

a GOOD TIME IN THE hILLS

iT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY, REALLY NICE. I DO HAVE ONE COMPLANT THOUGH, THE RUTTY GRAVEL DRIVE LEADING UP TO THE CABIN LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED, IT WOULD SCARE AND CONFUSE MOST OLDER PEOPLE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT WITH FEW EXCEPTION, YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ON TWISTY, WINEDY ROADS FOR TEN MILES, COMING AND GOING.

Rochford cabin review

It was a pleasure visiting with Rosemary prior to our trip. Cabin was very clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning and evenings watching the deer and chipmunks. The location was a challenge getting to some of our sites we wanted to see but very doable. The goodie basket that was there when we arrived was a very special treat.

Fantastic place to be!

Pictures and description of this property and location so not do it justice! The cabin was beautiful, clean, cozy, and had all the basics you need! The owners were fantastic, checking in during our arrival and making sure we had all we needed. The goody basket was a nice surprise as well! My kids felt right at home. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking to be in the hills!

Beautiful Remote Cabin

The cabin and property were well maintained and very nice. The view from the porches was great ! Right at a trailhead for Mickelson Trail, which is a great trail to hike or hike. Just be prepared for no cell or internet for several miles all around you and you will need to drive 20-30 minutes for a city/town or cell service. But, if you’re looking for a lovely relaxing beautiful get away into nature this is perfect! We loved our stay. Cabin had everything we needed and was very clean.
