"Clean, cute and quiet. Great no-frills home base for your day trip/s. Bring EVERYTHING you may need for sleeping/eating/shower. 2 adult size twin beds w/ bottom fitted sheet. Bring your own bedding. A full-zip sleeping bag works great. Matresses were comfortable. Small microwave and full size fridge. No cook top stove or dishes. We brought deli sandwiches for supper and that worked great. Good burgers at the Legion Bar & Cafe only a block away. Don't be late as the kitchen shuts down at 8. NO CREDIT CARDS but there is an ATM. Shower was A-OK with good pressure. Bring towels, soaps, etc. No TV or radio but strong OTA internet so bring your own entertainment (not sure about WiFi). This is small town country isolation at its best! Bring a good book and just chill on the great covered porch. 2 rocker camp chairs provided. Across the way you may see the largest orange cat ever!! I think his name is Roy."
